A paragraph about copyright and fair use. How would you deal with these concepts as a teacher, developing your own instructional materials, and having students create their own works? Have you learned anything new about it? Are there any lingering questions, concerns, or ideas? Feel free to share your reflection.
As a teacher, I would not tolerate copyright. If students are plagiarizing anything they will automatically be given a zero after a warning. As a future elementary school teacher, I do not think I would have to be super worried about the students plagiarizing anything. If the students are writing anything in class or for homework, I will assign it on paper. I have learned more about AI this past year and how easily accessible it is for everyone.
A paragraph about technology implementation issues. Select one of the technology implementation issues listed below. Propose a solution to the selected issue that you could implement in your future classroom. Be specific.- Academic dishonesty
Academic dishonesty is an issue because it shows how lazy students can be and how many students cheat. Students will keep doing this until they get caught. More assignments could be on paper instead of online for a solution to this issue. There are also AI detectors that teachers can use that will check the assignments for plagiarism so students cannot cheat. The detector used at my high school was called "Turn It In" and many students were caught cheating and were punished for not submitting their own work.
